• The component loaded in basket is prewashed & spray wash with injection flooding process and ultrasonic frequency applied to remove the contaminant from component surface.
•  In our ultrasonic cleaning equipment the next stage will be rinsing by spray & submerged operation to remove alkalinity after ultrasonic cleaner operation. 
• After rinse the component moves to the drying chamber where recirculating hot air in the hot air chamber of the Ultrasonic cleaning machine is done for effective drying of the component. 
• In our ultrasonic parts cleaner optionally we can add a dipping bath for immersing parts in rust preventative fluids to prevent corrosion of such parts
