Description & Working Principle

Rotary Mechanism: The filter is placed inside a rotary fixture (basket) within a stainless steel cabin.
Automated Cycle: The machine operates with automatic pneumatic doors and controls, typically featuring PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) for user-friendly operation.
Cleaning Process: The process involves multiple stages within the same booth: air purging to remove loose dust, high-pressure washing (using special 3D nozzle arrangements at 4-5 bar), and drying.
Drying Action: It utilizes high-pressure compressed air blowing and hot air to ensure complete drying.
Construction: Generally constructed using high-quality SS 304 or SS 316 stainless steel to ensure durability and prevent rust.
